Pet Policy and Fees
Our current pet policies include two pets per apartment/home, and include any breed, weight, or spayed/neutered restrictions that may apply.
Aggressive breed restrictions including, but not limited to: any mix of Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier and American Pit Bull Terrier), Huskies, Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Wolf Hybrids and any other breed as designated by Management.
All pets must be spayed/neutered.
Non-Refundable Pet Fee	Base $350 for one, $600 and additional, Dependent on PetScreening FIDO score
Pet Rent per Month	Base $25 and up, Dependent of PetScreening FIDO score
